EIR for concrete mortar producer in Paramaribo
Oranjewoud’s support has been requested by the Surinamese company Kuldipsingh Readymix N.V. (KRM) in preparing an environmental impact report. KRM manufactures concrete mortar in Paramaribo.
The company wants to set up three fully automated concrete mortar installations on a new site. They have acquired a three-year permit, but it will only be renewed if they can demonstrate that production meets environmental constraints.
Oranjewoud has been asked to provide support because we have a great deal of experience in producing environmental impact reports, including reports for industrial enterprises. It is a fine contract that poses a worthy challenge, due in part to differences between European and Surinamese laws and regulations, applicable norms, and computational models.
