Project development
In the development of town centers, living areas, industrial sites, shopping areas, office locations and such, many parties are involved.
This can involve specialized development companies, but also architects, contractors, brokers, financiers and of course, the government itself. We participate frequently in the teams or joint ventures that are involved with such developments. Our input can vary in such cases from the introduction of ideas and the execution of feasibility studies to the implementation and the actual realization of the plans, or to the guidance thereof.
