Social engagement
Not only in projects did Oranjewoud perform very well last year, it also stood out in a different way. During the Oranjewoud Xperience, a large staff meeting on May 21st, 2005, held at the Westergasfabriek [a former factory site, now used for cultural events] in Amsterdam, our staff rolled up their sleeves to help the world around us.
Making kites for the children of Afghanistan was an important effort for employees to contribute to a good cause. Also, each of our offices adopted their own charitable cause: a clear demonstration of our social engagement as well.

Under the umbrella of ‘Oranjewoud Xtra’, employees of our company organized actions for a large number of good causes across the world. Each of our offices adopt their own charitable causes: a clear demonstration of our social engagement. They aim to improve the world we live in either delivering our activities in the local surrounding of our offices as well as projects in Asia and Africa.
